Cryo-EM Algorithm Specialist

We are looking for experienced professionals in single particle analysis and novel algorithm development within the CryoEM space. With a strong track record of research, you will be working with state-of-the-art infrastructure to contribute to ground-breaking 3D protein structure imaging.

The successful candidate will have a PhD or MSc in a relevant CryoEM field, with a proven understanding of single particle analysis image processing theory. Additionally, they will possess previous experience in novel algorithm development for single particle analysis of CryoEM data.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of this field. The team is based in Cambridge, UK, and offers a hybrid working arrangement. We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around £60,000, considering the location and industry standards.

  1. Detailed knowledge of single particle analysis image processing theory
  2. Previous experience in novel algorithm development for single particle analysis of CryoEM data
  3. Excellent knowledge of Python
  4. Experience using Git
