Job Title:

Risk Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on all matters related to pharmacy quality systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving quality improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate pharmacy staff training requirements across all Polar Speed pharmacy sites.
  • Assist with implementing new commercial contracts and strategic improvement projects, including process design, documentation, and team training.
  • Support the delivery of a pharmacy risk management plan.
  • Log and acknowledge pharmacy complaints and incidents within required timelines, completing investigations and identifying root causes and recommendations.
  • Perform trend analysis on pharmacy complaints and incidents to drive overall quality improvement.
Requirements:
  • Pharmacy NVQ Level 3 or above qualification.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of quality management, audits, and CAPA management.
  • Good working knowledge of pharmacy regulations, RPS Homecare Standards, NHS policies, and procedures.
