We are seeking a skilled and friendly Night Luggage Porter to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a Night Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless experience by delivering or storing their luggage and packages.

- Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and packages
- Have a good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Be available to work 4 on/4 off shift pattern (12-hour shifts)
