Job Summary
We are seeking a Night Luggage Porter to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames. As a Night Luggage Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests upon arrival and departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests who arrive late at night, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Transport guests' luggage from the point of arrival to the front desk and subsequently to their rooms, assisting with luggage during late-night check-outs or early departures.
- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining the room features and hotel amenities as necessary.
- Safely store and retrieve luggage as needed, ensuring proper tagging and documentation for easy identification.
- Communicate effectively with the night front desk staff and other night shift personnel to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
About You
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role within the luxury segment, who possesses excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently and professionally.
