The Recruitment Co is an established company that specializes in recruiting top talent for various industries. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant - Renewable Energy Solutions to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to work with our existing database of over 200,000 potential customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering sales intelligence, handling objections, and pitching unique selling points (USPs) to encourage customers to engage with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound calling to an existing database of over 200,000 potential charity customers.
  • Gathering sales intelligence, handling objections & pitching USP's in order to encourage the customer to engage with us.
  • Managing your own workload & build a pipeline via KPI's (Key performance indicators).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work independently, self-sufficiently & be able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong verbal and written skills of negotiation.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £22,776 - £25,000 per year, plus uncapped commission structure and benefits such as daily incentives, wellness programme, 20 days annual leave increasing annually based on length of service, extra days leave on your birthday, full training & development and continued support, company pension scheme, life insurance scheme, cycle to work scheme, and quick, transparent career progression for high performers.
