Contract Role - Cloud Infrastructure Specialist (Banking) - Hybrid - 12 Months

We are currently seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to support our end client's new data centre build.

  • Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist (Banking)
  • Type of Role: Contract - 12 months initially - Inside IR35 PAYE/FTC
  • Location: Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)
  • Sector: Banking and Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, including high-speed networking and storage solutions.
  • Experience with SDN concepts and implementations in data centre environments.
  • Cloud expertise in AWS and GCP.
  • Experience with Agile development principles and methods, Jira, Confluence.
  • Background in Banking and Financial Services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technically complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.

About the Role:

This is a contract role with a 12-month initial term, working as part of our end client's team to support their new data centre build. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud infrastructure, data centre design, and implementation, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
