We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee a significant programme of work for our client, a leading IT Managed Services Provider.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and external vendors, to drive project success and meet client expectations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all project deliverables are met.
- Utilize expertise in the Microsoft estate to guide the project team in implementing best practices and solutions.
- Engage in risk management, identifying potential issues early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Support networking-related tasks, providing valuable input based on experience in networking technologies.
- Proven track record in managing IT infrastructure projects, with experience in creating robust project plans and technical documentation.
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft estate, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365.
- Networking knowledge is highly desirable, particularly with LAN/WAN configurations, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive project success.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing project requirements.
