Job Title: HR Business Partner

Citi is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Belfast. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR services to our Western client groups, driving organizational performance, and building capabilities across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers.
  • Identify issues and recommend solutions to improve HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle.
  • Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed.
  • Work with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions.
  • Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver business activities.
  • Lead and/or initiate cross Citi projects as well as train new team members.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of HR functions.
  • Experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
