About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aftersales Consultant to join our team at Goldsmiths. As a key member of our luxury retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences and ensuring that our clients receive an exceptional service in our Aftersales Department.

Key responsibilities will include taking in repairs, ordering parts, and assisting clients in understanding their service warranties. You will work closely with internal and external workshops to ensure Aftercare orders are completed in good time and to the expected levels of service.
