We are seeking a kind and caring individual to support a 17 year old male client with complex health needs in his family home.
About the Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of our client and his family. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, moving and handling, medication and clinical equipment.
