Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young child with complex health needs in their family home and escorting them to and from school.
Main Duties
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the young client with all their needs, including washing, dressing, toileting, medication, moving and handling support, and managing clinical equipment.
- Escorting the young client to and from school, ensuring their safe transportation and arrival.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to the young client, promoting their independence and well-being.
