Main Responsibilities

  • Confirm patient attendance and pre-assessment advice for elective surgery
  • Escalate concerns to relevant specialties to manage surgical admissions
  • Work closely with the Day Surgery Unit team to reduce cancellations on the day of surgery

As a Patient Admission Pathway Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our experienced staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support throughout their surgical journey.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Trust IT systems, including Careflow, iFit, and Bluespier
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
