About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, working on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday. You will be responsible for meeting with local residents door-to-door to showcase the benefits of our broadband product, driving sales to achieve your targets, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and rapport with potential customers. The role involves representing Fibrus as the brand ambassador, promoting our infrastructure in Cumbria, and liaising with internal teams to address customer concerns.

Requirements
- Solid background in sales, preferably in a door-to-door setting
- Comfortable interacting with potential customers, able to adapt approach to ensure high sales conversion rates
- Confident in handling objections and driving sales to achieve targets
- Driven and ambitious, striving to exceed targets and goals, with an uncapped commission structure reflecting performance
