**What is my role as Door Ambassador?**

Our Door Ambassadors look after the welcoming of all our guests inside or outside our entrance doors. They play a concierge role in helping, welcoming, informing our guests always with the best smile and the warmth of hospitality, trying to engage with guests on every possible occasion.

They also ensure that the building is compliant with our licencing restrictions by monitoring attendance numbers but this is second to their devotion to customer service and making our lovely guests feel good the instant they connect with them.
