Airex has pioneered the world's first smart air brick, designed to help homeowners and landlords reduce energy consumption while managing indoor air quality. The Airex Smart Ventilation Airbrick is an innovative product that intelligently controls ventilation, significantly enhancing the comfort of home occupants.
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Door-to-Door Salesperson to join our Emit Zero team. As a Salesperson for Airex Smart Ventilation Airbricks, your role is instrumental in promoting this cutting-edge product to homeowners, highlighting its capacity to reduce drafts, educating them about its benefits, providing quotations, and scheduling installation appointments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct door-to-door sales, representing Emit Zero for the supply and installation of Airex Smart Ventilation Airbricks.
- Educate potential customers on the substantial impact of Airex Smart Ventilation Airbricks on home comfort by eliminating drafts, in addition to their ability to reduce heat loss, enhance EPC ratings, and lower heating expenses.
- Explain the detailed functionality of Airex Smart Ventilation Airbricks, with particular emphasis on draft elimination, and address any inquiries or concerns from homeowners.
- Schedule appointments with interested homeowners for product demonstrations and consultations, underscoring the draft-reducing benefits.
- Maintain precise records of sales leads, customer interactions, and appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition of Airex Smart Ventilation Airbricks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, with a particular focus on draft reduction, ensuring a comfortable and draft-free home environment for customers.
- Conduct surveys and provide quotations for the supply and installation of the technology.
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales or door-to-door sales, preferably in the home improvement or energy efficiency sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in simplifying technical information for easy comprehension, especially related to draft reduction.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and residential construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
