Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist Intern to join our team in Canggu, Bali. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support employee engagement, performance evaluations, and maintain employee records.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR data systems and ensure legal compliance in all HR matters.
What You Will Learn
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and managing HR tools for productivity.
- Developing HR strategies and understanding employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Exposure to employment laws compliance and HR software in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passionate about people management and company culture with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; HR software experience is a plus.
- Organized, able to multitask, and work independently or within a team.
