Job Title: Night Shift Care Coordinator

Location: Little Bramingham Farm, Luton

Friends of the Elderly is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Night Shift Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our care services operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night shift team in providing high-quality, individualised care to our residents.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Administer medication and follow infection control protocols.
  • Complete personal care tasks, including toileting, bathing, and bed changing.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience in handling and administering medication.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of MCA, DoLS, and Safeguarding.
