Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to drive commercial performance and strategy across our customer-facing teams. As a key member of our Performance and Planning team, you'll partner with commercial leaders to design, build, and maintain Tableau performance reporting suites, implement relevant KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance reporting suites for Commercial teams using Tableau
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to implement KPIs and measures that drive commercial performance
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions
  • Present data insights to senior stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making
  • Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster, more automated reporting
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the function on data analysis, reporting, and performance

Requirements

You'll need a strong background in commercial analysis, data management, and performance management, with experience working with customer-facing teams. You should be proficient in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, and have a growth mindset with a focus on delivering results. If you're a proactive self-starter who can build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver data insights in a compelling format, we'd love to hear from you.
