Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Analyst to partner with our commercial leaders and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a key member of our Performance and Planning team, you'll design and maintain Tableau performance reporting suites, develop relevant KPIs, and analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Tableau performance reporting suites for Commercial teams
  • Partner with commercial teams to implement a suite of relevant KPIs and measures
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and drive change
  • Prepare and present data insights to senior stakeholders
  • Maintain and improve data sources to enable faster reporting
  • Provide ad-hoc analytics support to the function

Requirements

You'll need a strong background in commercial analysis, data management, and performance management. Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. You'll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver insights in a compelling format.
