About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pain Management Professional to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with chronic pain.

The North West Pain Service provides a tailored approach to each service user, and the ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment programmes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' requirements and develop individualised care plans to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients with complex physical and emotional needs.
  • Formulate, deliver, review, and progress individual treatment programmes to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid registration with your relevant professional body (HCPC or NMC).
  • An understanding of the impact of chronic pain on individuals and communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • The ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and manage competing demands.
