Job Summary

As a Pain Management Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' requirements, planning, managing, and reviewing their functional and psychological restoration.

Main Duties

At Connect Health, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a Pain Management Nurse Clinical Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team in the North West Pain Services.

The successful candidate will work a hybrid working pattern, facilitating face-to-face and remote clinics in various sites in the North Manchester and Rochdale area, Pain Management Programmes, both face-to-face and online, and telephone reviews.

As a Pain Management Nurse, you will be responsible for formulating, delivering, reviewing, and progressing individual treatment programmes, ensuring effective treatment, specialist advice, and timely discharge.
