About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Pain to join our multidisciplinary team at Connect Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with chronic pain.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, facilitating face-to-face and remote clinics in various locations across the North West Pain Services. You will be part of a dynamic team of physiotherapists, nurses, and wellbeing practitioners who are committed to delivering a biopsychosocial model of care.

Key responsibilities will include assessing patients' requirements, planning and managing individual treatment programmes, and reviewing care plans to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge. You will also be required to provide safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines.

We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic clinician with a commitment to providing excellent, personalised care. You will have previous experience in delivering pain services and be registered with a relevant professional body. You will also have a keen understanding of the impact of chronic pain in the wider community and be able to work collaboratively with local stakeholders.
