About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Pain Clinician to join our team at Connect Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care to individuals with chronic pain.

The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, facilitating face-to-face and remote clinics in various locations across the North West Pain Services. You will be required to work collaboratively with a team of physiotherapists, nurses, and wellbeing practitioners to deliver a biopsychosocial model of care.

Key responsibilities will include assessing patients' requirements, planning and managing individual treatment programmes, and reviewing care plans to ensure effective treatment and timely discharge. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the service and promote a positive image and culture within the organisation.

Main Duties
  • Assess patients' requirements and plan individual treatment programmes.
  • Review care plans and communicate effectively with patients' GPs.
  • Provide safe, effective, and dignified care according to best practice and national guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of the service and promote a positive image and culture.
