About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Proud to Care Devon. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

You will work closely with our care team to deliver exceptional care and services, managing medication administration, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate care records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and services
