Supporting Students with Special Needs

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in the Bath area. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to develop individualized education plans and provide high-quality care and learning for pupils with diverse needs.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a skilled and experienced individual who can work collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience and have a proven track record of working with children with specific care needs.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of working with children with specific care needs
- Excellent 1:1/small group support skills
