Educational Specialist for Diverse Learners

The Outcomes First Group is committed to providing exceptional education and support to pupils with complex needs. We are seeking an outstanding SEN Teacher to join the Ashley Park School team, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction to facilitate academic growth and personal development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies that promote social inclusion and reduce barriers to learning.
Key qualifications include:
- Postgraduate certification in Education or a related field.
- Calm, engaging, resilient, and innovative teaching style.
- Motivation to help every pupil reach their potential.
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (FTE). We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
