Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to maximise sales and conversion rates.
  • Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and market trends to inform product placement and promotional decisions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business strategy and goals.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
  • Excellent benefits package including pension, bonus, health care, life assurance insurance, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
