Join Our Team as a Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our exceptional care team, operating in the domiciliary and live-in care sector in West Sussex.

The Role:
  • Work closely with our owners and managers to coordinate the development of our service.
  • Assist in care planning and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance visits for clients and manage complaints and incidents.
  • Promote a positive culture in line with our company ethos and values.
  • Provide inspired leadership to the team, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to clients.
  • Support the recruitment and training of Care Professionals and the office team.
  • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees.
  • Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews.

The Field Care Supervisor role is based predominantly out in the field, managing the care team.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.

We are looking for a candidate who can make a real difference in the lives of older people and is passionate about delivering exceptional care services.
