Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Caremark Ltd. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting and managing a team of Care Assistants in the field, providing guidance and expertise to ensure the highest level of care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support a team of Care Assistants in the field
  • Provide guidance and expertise to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Work closely with the Care Manager and Care Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Conduct quality control reviews and audits of care packages to ensure excellence
  • Develop and implement effective care solutions to meet the needs of our customers
