About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our Master Data & Business Support team in Liverpool. This is a Fixed-Term role for 18 months with hybrid working arrangements (2 days per week in the office).

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebate management including sales invoice deductions and accruals.
  • Customer sales reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • General administration tasks to support commercial teams.
  • Maintenance of customer pricing and promotions.
  • Creation and maintenance of master data including customer, supplier, and product information.
  • Data cleansing to be carried out in line with agreed policies.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Accurate in approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Organised and able to prioritise own workload.
  • Experience in a transactional or master data role.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
