About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Integration Lead to join our team at Next Finance. As a key member of our project team, you will play a critical role in implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP system, focusing on the core general ledger integrations required for our new finance system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement integration strategies for transition to the new software
  • Collaborate with the Business Solution Lead Manager to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain integration design documents, including business impact assessments and test plans
  • Work closely with data migration teams to ensure seamless data transfer
  • Coordinate with the General Ledger Corporate Set-up Lead to ensure integrity in the enterprise structure across the GL
  • Contribute to training plans and ensure effective knowledge transfer to stakeholders
  • Participate in test planning and execution, cutover planning, and warranty support
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring controls are in place to safeguard the project

About You

  • Strong financial accounting acumen and experience with general ledger systems
  • Proven track record of implementing change, with a focus on controls and automation
  • Experience with large ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
