Purchase Ledger Role

We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger professional to join our finance team at Employal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of financial transactions, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Invoicing: Process and reconcile daily invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to obtain their books and records, and provide timely and accurate information to support their financial needs.
  • Financial Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a Bookkeeping or Purchase Ledger role.
  • Skills: Proficient in finance systems such as Xero, Sage Line 50, QuickBooks, and Excel.
  • Qualifications: AAT qualification or equivalent.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
