Purchase Ledger Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Leader to join our client's finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, leading a team of AP Clerks, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of Purchase Ledger Clerks, promoting a culture of growth and development.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the purchase ledger process.
- Implement best practices and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams within an accounts payable function.
- Strong knowledge of purchase ledger processes, ideally in a high-volume setting.
- Strong finance systems expertise and analytical skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000. While predominantly office-based, some flexibility around working hours and home working may be available once you are established in the role.
