Project Performance Manager

At D2, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our programme management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programme/project controls strategies and processes aligned to client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop programme/project controls strategies and processes aligned to client and project requirements
Integrate and challenge planning, commercial, engineering, construction and risk teams to develop and implement appropriate processes, data and performance measurement techniques
Assure Project baselines (scope, schedule, estimates and risk) at various stages of the project lifecycle
Work with data analysts to develop appropriate forward looking performance metrics and dashboards
Identify trends, efficiencies and opportunities for efficiencies utilising both internal D2 benchmarking data tools, but technologies such as Nodes and Links and nPlan

Requirements:
Experience of programme/project controls on large multidisciplinary projects
Strong or developing understanding of at least one, but preferred many, of programme performance elements, including but not limited to, scope and change, cost engineering, planning, risk, benefits, data and performance management
Strong understanding and knowledge of baseline development and management in addition to Earned Value Management processes
Experience of applying performance measurement techniques to the programme
