Key Responsibilities- Provide expert health, safety, and environmental advice to ensure the well-being of colleagues, third parties, and visitors to sites.
- Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental best practices and drive a culture focused on proactive principles.
- Undertake health, safety, and environmental activities, including audits, inspections, risk assessments, and training.
- Monitor and review health, safety, and environmental performance in line with statutory requirements.
- Support the development and updating of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Chartered membership of IOSH and a NEBOSH Certificate.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety legislation and experience in carrying out specialist risk assessments.
- Ability to deliver training and toolbox talks and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Full UK driving license and own transport.
A competitive salary up to £45,000 depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including a healthcare cash plan, employee assistance program, and generous pension scheme.
