Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team in Yeovil, Somerset.
About the Role:As a HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors on site. This will involve managing all legal regulations, maintaining reports, and conducting site inspections and data entry.
You will also be responsible for internal health and safety auditing, managing risk assessments and inspections, and reporting accidents and investigations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage health and safety on site
- Manage all legal regulations and maintain reports
- Conduct site inspections and data entry
- Internal health and safety auditing
- Manage risk assessments and inspections
- Report accidents and investigations
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience
- Health and Safety qualification (NEBOSH or IOSH)
- Experience leading a team
- Continuous improvement mindset
- At least 3 years of experience in health and safety
We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000, a Monday to Friday working schedule, and overtime opportunities. You will also receive 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays, and a death in service benefit of 4 times your salary.
