About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Associate to join our multidisciplinary team at Pinhoe View. As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, person-centred care to adults with acute mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our Service Users.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge to support the development and supervision of others.
  • Work proactively to ensure every Service User is well cared for, responding to emergency situations with composure and maintaining safety.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and concise clinical records, ensuring resident dignity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ensure clinical practice is evidence-based or peer-reviewed 'best practice', developing and maintaining clinical skills and knowledge necessary to deliver an evidence-based service.
  • Participate in the supervision, caseload monitoring, and clinical education of student nurses and less experienced staff with support from senior staff.
