About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Your primary focus will be on developing and delivering activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This will involve working closely with our care team to identify opportunities for socialization, recreation, and personal growth.

In addition to your creative and organizational skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver activity programs that promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Collaborate with the care team to identify resident needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and community groups
  • Manage and maintain activity resources and equipment
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and resident assessments
