West Norfolk Care Team Leader Role

Norse Group is seeking an experienced Locality Care Team Leader to join our team in West Norfolk. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided to our residents. You will work closely with home managers to support the delivery of care and champion our residents' independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings
- Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel across West Norfolk
- Passionate about supporting others and delivering high-quality care
About the Location
The position is based in West Norfolk, where you will have the opportunity to work across 9 of our services. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day supervision of staff and ensuring high-quality care is provided to our residents.
