Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to join our team at Pavers Shoes in St Johns Centre, Leeds. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories, and inspiring and supporting your team to create a customer-first culture.

You will work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of store appearance. Your role will involve coaching and developing the team, driving the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and living and breathing Pavers DNA.

Responsibilities
  • Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the store
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, advising on shoe care and accessories
  • Be self-aware, taking responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store
  • Live and breathe Pavers DNA, leading by example

Requirements
  • Good availability, including weekends and weekdays
  • Ability to work a 16-hour contract over 3 days per week
  • Pay: £12.10 per hour, increasing to £12.35 per hour after completing the required retail induction PaSS stages
