Job Description

This role involves leading a team of sales associates, developing sales techniques, and implementing effective visual merchandising strategies to optimize sales and customer engagement.

  1. Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, empowering team members to excel in their roles and drive sales growth.
  2. Develop and implement sales coaching programs to enhance sales associate performance and customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring seamless shopping experiences for customers.

A degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous, as well as experience in sales coaching and visual merchandising.
