About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Line 7 team at Baxter. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process, focusing on delivery, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize the team's daily work routine to meet production targets.
  • Ensure focus on delivery, safety, and quality by monitoring and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Record and analyze hourly performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct process reviews and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage team absences and performance, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Support the recruitment process by identifying and developing talent within the team.
  • Complete accurate shift reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate support for breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Oversee overtime delivery and verification, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support department activities, including change controls, CAPAs, internal audits, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of training and development within the team.
  • Ensure overall responsibility for shift performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to maintain quality standards and address any quality-related issues.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to hold people accountable.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and quality delivery skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • LEAN and 6S knowledge, with experience in implementing process improvements.
