Ecology Team Lead

Our client, a renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Falkirk, Scotland, is seeking an experienced Principal Ecologist to take on a leading role in their expanding ecology team. With a growing project portfolio and continued expansion, the company is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who can further their career by gaining valuable experience in infrastructure, industrial, and commercial industries.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing ecological surveys and assessments, planning, resourcing, implementing, and managing budgets. They will also play a key role in preparing fee proposals and liaising with other discipline principals and associates as necessary to manage multi-disciplinary projects within the business.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must have:
- No less than 10 years of experience in environmental consultancy, preferably with a proven track record of managing project teams.
- A degree in Ecology or a related subject.
