We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team in the Brentwood area.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing strong client relationships with prospective buyers and vendors.
  • Undertaking valuations and securing new instructions.
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
  • Sales progression and cross-selling activities with our Mortgage and Protection Advisors.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record of valuations and winning instructions.
  • A full UK driving license, allowing you to travel efficiently throughout the region.
  • Self-motivation and target-driven approach.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Personal integrity, hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded qualities.
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
