About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Worker in our Children's Residential setting in South West Complex Care.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment, promoting positive relationships and a sense of community.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.54 (dependent on experience/qualifications) and an OT rate of 1.25.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive ongoing support and development opportunities, including best-in-class inductions, training, and continuous support from our dedicated Learning & Development Team.
