Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Support Workers in our Children's Residential setting. As a Support Worker, you will be part of an experienced and supportive team, working together to enable each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to children and young people in our care, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each child.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and families.A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on promoting positive outcomes and well-being.What We Offer
