We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in our Children's Residential setting. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in our residential setting
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of residents
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 - £12.54 (dependent on experience/qualifications)

Requirements:

  • Experience in working with children and young people with complex needs
