We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Support Workers in our Children's Residential setting in South West. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to children and young people, enabling them to achieve their personal best.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centred support to children and young people, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans, ensuring the needs of each child are met.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.92 - £12.54, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting.
