Job Title: IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead to join our team at Ageas Insurance Limited. As a key member of our IT Business Management Department, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes through our strategic vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the contractual performance of our Software as a Service (SaaS) vendors to ensure compliance with Service Levels and maintain assurance reviews.
  • Support security evaluations and guide Relationship Managers in undertaking performance reviews.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to procurement teams during the generation of Master Service Agreements and Statements of Work.
  • Represent the ITBM function in project work and contribute to the development of business outcomes through vendor relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in vendor management and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and software as a service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
