Jupiter Recruitment is proud to offer a rewarding opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a care home in Carterton, Oxfordshire. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £32,375 per annum (£14.15 per hour) for up to 44 hours a week working through on nights.

About the Role

You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care to residents. This includes supporting residents with personal care needs and helping them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
  • Passionate about caring for older people.
  • Previous care experience.
  • Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
